How do I restore my purchases?

Shop or Settings → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account. Hint packs are used up once bought, so they can't be restored.

How do I remove ads?

Buy Remove Ads or the Voyager Pass in the Shop. Ads never appear during a puzzle.

I bought hints but didn't get them.

Reopen the game while online. Pending purchases are added once the store confirms them. If they still don't appear, email us.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

Settings → Ad privacy choices (where it applies), or your device's tracking and advertising ID settings.

Will my progress transfer to a new phone?

Progress is stored on your device, and your device backup may carry it over. Purchases (except hints) can be restored.

When does the Daily Puzzle change?

At midnight, your local time.
